How to Export Your Statement from Revolut

To calculate your exact annualized performance, you need to extract your transaction history from the Revolut mobile application as a spreadsheet. Follow these quick steps:

  1. Open the App: Launch the Revolut application on your mobile device.
  2. Navigate to Invest: Tap on the Invest tab located in the bottom navigation dock.
  3. Open Documents Portal: Tap the More (...) context menu on your dashboard, then select Documents.
  4. Select Trading Ledger: Choose Stocks from the list, and select Account Statement.
  5. Set Format to Excel: Toggle the export file type from PDF to Excel (.xlsx). This provides the raw structured data matrix required for the parser.
  6. Define the Date Horizon: Select the maximum available date range (from your very first funding deposit down to today) to capture your entire time-weighted investment timeline.
  7. Generate and Save: Tap Get Statement. Export the file to your desktop storage or cloud drives (e.g., OneDrive, iCloud, Google Drive) and upload it directly into the calculator above.
